Julie Tebben is a Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and IFM Certified Practitioner. She has spent the last 12 years working with women seeking a partner in health who goes beyond treating symptoms to delving into the root causes of disease and dysfunction. Focusing on improving lifestyle factors such as nutrition, stress management, and exercise has always been a focus for nurses, but taking it to the next level by optimizing gut health, reducing toxin exposure, improving hormone balance, and addressing immune health allowed her to see first-hand how one’s health and function can truly be impacted.
